- tonna okoye Review added: 2018.01.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would not recommend this insurance company to any lordlord seeking insurance cover. They are extortionist and make every effort to force a loan on you, when you opt for a monthly premium payment route.
They insist on charging a cancellation fee of £25, when one wants to cancel a policy during the 14 days cooling off period. This is really insane.
The tone and language of customer service personnel seems like that of someone under the influence of alcohol, which leaves you doubting on whether the company is genuine at settling any claim.
